About Eric Solowka

The Greater Toronto Area has been home to Eric for over five fabulous decades. Here Eric has enjoyed studying, working, raising a family and experiencing the great things this world class city and the surrounding countryside has to offer! As the son of a home builder, Eric grew up working in construction with a passion for homes and properties. In 1988 Eric settled in Caledon, where he designed and built his own country home (his castle!), enjoying time with his family and serving countless community hours developing others within the Toastmasters organization.

Eric studied Physics, Psychology and Aerospace Engineering at university – which means he not only understands every mechanical and electrical system in the homes he sells, but also knows what makes buyers tick! His business experience spans a broad range, from simulators to architectural stone; and from training to real estate software. No matter his role: entrepreneur, educator, consultant or sales representative, Eric has always built success by focusing on client service and trust. This unswerving dedication to satisfying client needs is also the cornerstone of Eric’s success in real estate sales. According to Eric’s clients, his level of professionalism, technical savvy and profound communication skills are what make him stand out from the crowd.
